4 More Viking Bondi

I finally had some time to finish up my next batch of 28mm Viking figures before my weekly blog update.  These unsavory looking gentlemen will hopefully make an appearance in my Dark Age Fantasy Campaign.

Other than that I have been pretty busy with life outside the hobby.  However, now that I have two batches of Viking figures done I did got a chance to put together and prime the first batch of Saxon figures.  I also actually picked up a some of my WWII figures and put a little paint on a couple of them.

In closing I would like to ask my readers for suggestions and ideas.  I am looking to make a small camp site terrain piece that Harlin and Assur would use in my campaign as a base of operations.  I am looking for any ideas, suggestions, links, and pictures that would give me a kick in the right direction.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

  1. These guys really look cool. They drive home to me what an awesome period (fantastic or historic) the dark ages are.

  2. Nice addition!

For a camp, I suggest you make yourself a small campfire circle and grab a couple of the plastic tents by Renadra.

I think they come out pretty well:

  4. I had trouble commenting just now, but here are some pics that may be useful as templates for tents.

I actually printed and cut out the second one in office just now and folded it into a usable tent. Just need stiffer paper or card.

    Try it!
